Cancel/Rebuy?

I have an April booking on Sunshine on an unassigned guarantee balcony. I was too late to get ES and full payment has been made so I don't have price guarantee. If I find an exceptional price drop on the same guaranteed balcony is it possible to cancel the original booking minus $50pp and rebuy at the new rate for OBC? Would that effect previously purchased excursions and pre-paid gratuities?

To answer your question Yes. You can rebook and pay the penalty. The penalty will depend on how close to sailing you are and what rate you booked. It will effect all purchased excursions and pre-paid gratuities since you are cancelling the entire booking.
