I'm not going to know the answer, but I'm intrigued to know what you meant the title to say before autocorrect got involved. I've tried to figure it out, but can't.

Yes, you earn points and yes, you earn them on your upgrade. On my last cruise, I got 1 point for each day (11), 1 point for each day for booking 90 days in advance and 1 point for each day for being in a suite, which I upgraded to = 33 points

not sure what you mean by earn sea days toward next level- are you asking about points toward lattitudes level? if so, then yes.

Yes latitudes levels, we are bronze with only one cruise under our belts. We are going to Bermuda again in July through a local casino. I was not sure if the sea days would count as latitude points

I had exact same scenario, local casino offer and I earned my 3 points for the cruise on NCL Sky. Your treated as any Latitudes member as I even got my pin. I bought the future cruise certificate onboard and am using it as the deposit for my next similar offer, this time a 7 night cruise.
