cruzzzinma Posted February 21, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 21, 2015 if you cancel more than four (I think) days before the cruise, it is refunded to your credit card. If you are already on the cruise and it is more than 24 hours before the shore excursion, it is refunded as refundable onboard credit (OBC) to your seepass account. Thanks Two weeks before we sailed, we canceled a pre-booked shore excursion in order to re-book under more favorable terms. The credit came back to the credit card we used originally for the booking.
