Hi all. Has anyone recently been on Adventure and had the conceirge Dionne? How was the service? Did you receive an email prior to the cruise from them?

Hi all. Has anyone recently been on Adventure and had the conceirge Dionne? How was the service? Did you receive an email prior to the cruise from them?

Dionne gave us excellent service for the two weeks we were on Adventure last month. We were not in a full suite, so we were not expecting nor did we receive an advance email.

Just off the Adventure, Dionne was very nice and provided great service, we were in a GS and did receive an email about 5 days beforehand.
