Is there any way to tell if the bed is close to the balcony door prior to cabin selection? Is this information that a TA would have access to? We prefer to have the bed next to the door versus the sofa - thanks in advance :)

I just read a thread on this yesterday, but can't find it now, but I am curious, too. I think someone mentioned doing a mock booking on NCL's site, and bed by the balcony vs. bed by the door is indicated when you select a room. Doesn't help me, though, because our room has already been selected. I plan to reach out to my PCC to see if he can tell me.

I had not noticed that before...but, when you select a cabin, in the details, it does state the position of the bed. I'm not sure if it is up to date for the Escape, as every cabin I selected stated that the bed is near the balcony door.

As for your cabin being selected, just do a mock booking for another date and choose that cabin.
