Can you prepay tips with a gift card?

 

Yes, I had some left over funds on a Gift Card when paying for my cruise and my PVP had suggested if I wanted to use the rest of the card to put it toward prepaid gratuities and pay the rest with my card. I always pre pay them and didn't think about using the GC so I was happy when she mentioned it to me. Just call your PVP or Carnival 1-800 number and tell them you want to prepay the tips and when they ask for the payment just tell them you're using a GC.
