Mobile Availablity of Gasoline

My friends have a vehicle currently parked at the Port of Mobile. They were disembarked in Tampa. They have not returned to the port to get their car, because they had no idea if it would be open and hours of operation. They have called the port number with no luck. I now read that the Holiday will leave tomorrow, so obviously it is open. Could anyone help me with the times if is open and if gas is available in the area?

There is a security guard there 24 hrs. they should be able to pick it up...Gas is in short supply due to katina. curfew is from 11 pm to 6 am.. but your friends should have no problem. if their stopped by police just tell them your situation and they should be fine.
