Interesting. Did you book direct with CAS, or perhaps was your booking done through a land-based casino or Junket service? If you booked direct with CAS, simply call them and ask that they send you a Reservation Confirmation. If you booked elsewhere, reach out to them for the info. Maybe yours went to your spam folder, or maybe for some reason your server blocks emails with attachments? They are not part of your e-docs.
