How to get invoice?

Just booked a comped room thru cas. Just wanted to see a copy of the invoice for the charges ( port fees & taxes). Any idead how to see them on line?

Your Reservation Confirmation email contains and attachment with all this info. ;)

Interesting. Did you book direct with CAS, or perhaps was your booking done through a land-based casino or Junket service?

 

If you booked direct with CAS, simply call them and ask that they send you a Reservation Confirmation. If you booked elsewhere, reach out to them for the info.

 

Your e-docs will never contain that info - those are merely for boarding purposes.

Mine was sent almost instantly via email with an attachment for the invoice.

Maybe yours went to your spam folder, or maybe for some reason your server blocks emails with attachments?

They are not part of your e-docs.

Same here. I got an email with the invoice attached almost immediately after I booked our cruises.
