Purchasing Wine near Newark airport to take onboard

Hello, Does anyone know if there is any place between Newark airport and the port area to purchase wine to take onboard. In Florida, we have our taxi driver stop at Publix where we purchase our allotted two bottles of wine and put them in our carry on. We don't want to chance a broken bottle of wine in our checked luggage. thank you.

There is a small strip mall called South Cove Commons which is less than 1/2 mile pass the port. There's a store called Wine Warehouse where you can purchase your wine before boarding, their phone# is (201) 858-2727. Don't know much more about the store.

I was hoping that there would be a kiosk in the airport, but now I am thinking that the arrivals would not have one.

 

What I will probably end up doing is buying it at my airport in Toronto. As long as you buy it after the security check-in you can keep it in your carry on.
