Hi, We have a question about the UDP promotion on our up coming cruise we recently booked. Can someone explain how it works once we get on the ship? The reason we are concerned is because when we booked, the NCL rep had no idea what we were talking about and im afraid she didnt include it in our booking. i even gave her the code from the website and she said she put it in, but who knows. Any ideas on how to verify this and what we need to do once on the ship to redeem it?

thx

You can go on the website and view your reservation. Under Vacation Summary, if you scroll to the bottom you will see "Amenity Details" and your UDP should be listed there.

You should be able to see it online in your MyNCL area if you look at the vacation summary page. Its usually located just under the itinerary map is a little section called Amenity Details. In our case all three of our amenity choices are listed. If you don't see it, try calling NCL again and ask for an amenity receipt for your reservation.

Assuming you are all set, when you arrive at the ship for check-in, in most cases your UDP sticker will already be applied to your card key, and you won't have to worry about it.

Good news is you now have it straightened out, so all should go smoothly! :)

Im sure we will. Never had an issue with NCL, although booking through them this time was a little less seamless than i remember. Other than that, we're excited. Also, i see your in statesville. We are in Greensboro. Small cruising world...

thx
