I am considering buying the water bottle package for my upcoming cruise. How much is it to buy a bottle of water on a per bottle basis if you don't do the package? What size is the bottle? Are bigger bottles available when you get off the ship in port and if so, how much are those?

I believe the 500ml bottles are around $2 and the 1L bottles are around $4.
