Disembarking in Venice - Spirit

I thought I would ask this question here for those who have disembarked in Venice.

 

Our roll call is trying to plan a tour for the morning (or afternoon) on disembarkation day and wondered how that process goes?

 

We are trying to let our guide know when we would all be off the ship and checked into our hotels. (Which are all right near the terminal). We would depart from Piazalle Roma too if that helps.

IMO, I would schedule a tour for early afternoon. Everyone will have time to get checked in to their hotels and meet back at Piazzale Roma. If you have time to kill, there is a neat area over the large bridge and past the train station.
