Do grand voyages commonly sell out?

In the name of safety concerns, a cruise line will change ports of call to maximise revenue from excursions. There is little money in going to ports where guests are too afraid to go ashore.

Wait for their offer of alternatives and compensation to come in before cancelling.

Tim, I've never heard of a cruiseline offer compensation for a missed port of call, but I'm not an expert. Since the Grand Voyage is still happening (the Musica is needed in Dubai in December), I won't hold my breath for any offers but I don't see a reason to release the cabin until the end just in case.
