Shore excursions

My daughter and I are going on the Epic in 12 days. We were looking at the excursions and they seem so expensive!!

 

My daughter is interested in the mud buggies in Ocho Rios, the turtle sanctuary/farm in Grand Cayman and the Dolphins in Cozumel.

 

Can anyone suggest an excursion company that is cheaper than the ship or know of a way to do these activities cheaper than the ship's price.

I'm on the same cruise. In Jamaica we booked Peat Taylor Tours for a Dunns RIver falls and best of Ocho Rios tour and in Grand Cayman we booked grandcaymancruiseexcursions com for a catamaran to stingray city with a reef snorkel. They were both significantly cheaper than the excursions NCL offers.

Sure! Are you doing the meet & greet? I don't think I will... I have so much planned that I am not sure if we will be able to do any of the cruise critic stuff. We are renewing our vows in Jamaica. If you see a dressed up couple leaving 1st thing in the morning when docked in Jamaica, that is us :) Janell and Freddy.

Do the turtle farm on your own in Grand Cayman. We did it last year and it was a breeze. Just take the bus over which drops you off right at the entrance to the park. We were there for over an hour before the ship tours got there. We had the snorkeling lagoon all to ourselves. It was great.

Go to the roll call section of Cruise Critic, find NCL, then The Epic, then your sail date.
