Water Taxi and Taverna Opa Restaurant

We were wondering if it is possible to take the water taxi from the 17th St. area or Bahia Mar to the Taverna Opa Restaurant. It is located on the south side of Oakland Park on the intercoastal(3051 N.E. 32nd Ave.). If it's possible, how long would it take to get there? Thanks very much for any info. It's very much appreciated.

Absolutely, it's the northernmost Water Taxi stop, stop #1 on the map... http://www.watertaxi.com/FortLauderdale/FLLMap.Asp

 

There are several restaurants there, but I don't recall how long it takes to get up there by the Water Taxi.
