Freeport Dolphin Swim - UNEXSO

We will be in Freeport in May and our group is wanting to do the dolphin encounter (and a few want to do the swim). The only place I could find in Freeport is UNEXSO and of course they have no tickets available online for the times we would need them. I'm sure this is because of their contract with the cruise line. So, I have a few questions. Has anyone just showed up there and purchased tickets or are they really all held just for the cruise? Is there another place in Freeport that does the dolphin swim? Has anyone been successful booking the excursion with Carnival and then submitting their lowest price guarantee to be credited back the difference? I have lots of advice on watching them in their natural environments, however.
