Dining options near Ft. Lauderdale airport La Quinta

I've heard there's a strip mall kind of area near the hotel, anyone know off hand the restaurants in it or nearby? I'm cashing in some credit card reward points for a gift certificate, and thought it might be handy to get a gc at one of the restaurants nearby for a pre-cruise dinner. Thanks in advance!

[Southbound]

We've stayed at the LQ in Hollywood pre-cruise several times. The Oakwood Plaza Mall is directly next door with several restaurants, including Red Lobster and a Dave & Buster's (which we prefer). It's not a strip mall but, rather, it has several large stores and smaller shops with plenty of parking.
