I'm transatlantic on the 20th and booked to stay in NYC for a further week. Is the transfer from ship to hotel included or should I be looking to book a taxi?

Unless you booked the hotel through Cunard as a post-sailing package, the transfer is not included. Best thing to do is to simply get a cab,....

If you have not already booked a cab to your hotel in NY or are not booked on a Cunard transfer don't worry, There was a wealth of cabs outside the terminal in New York and there were Cunard staff at hand to assist.

There were so many yellow cabs I thought I was in a Van Gough "Sunflower" original.
