Just wanted to give Carrie,in sales,a shout out to thank her for a great follow-up. She had called re a cruise we were interested in to find out we had booked through an agent. No problem she said and was there anything else she could help me with. I explained a problem with the website. She said she would look into it and get back to me. Guess what...a few days later she called back and related what IT told her. Not really solved but the fact that she did call back when she had nothing to gain,( except good customer service) is impressive.

She is truly an asset to Celebrity.
