Just go to the website and down at the bottom it say's "contact us". When you click there it will give you different topics and ask for your basic info. I have used it in the past and usually hear back within a few days.

They will send you a survey too where you can express any concerns you had with the cruise.

I use cclsupport@carnival.com You will get a faster response using this email. You need to provide the details and the booking number. You will also get a survey and you can express your opinions there. You will not get a response from the survey.

I used the same one earlier today to complain about Fascination that I got off of today. We will see what comes of that..
