Sharing some videos of our recent trip to Hong Kong from Singapore, on FlyScoot.

FlyScoot is a low-cost budget medium-haul airline owned by Singapore Airlines.

This was a short family trip to Hong Kong and Macau, and travelling on a Budget Airline certainly helps keep the costs down!

Video review - TZ 220 - Singapore to Hong Kong. The flight departs at 1:55AM. Wee hours of the morning.

When we arrived in Hong Kong, it was very early. After some food at the airport, we took the CityBus A21 to our hotel. This is the bus journey.

Our trip back to Singapore was more dramatic.

As the FlyScoot flight back to Singapore was scheduled to depart Hong Kong at 0705hrs, we stayed the night before at the Regal Airport Hotel, Hong Kong.

However, at 10:30pm the night before the flight, we received an SMS to say that the FlyScoot flight had delayed to 1440hrs due to technical problems! So our airport hotel stay was well utilized after all.

In the morning, the FlyScoot counter staff gave us HK$60 per pax for breakfast. We had breakfast at an airport restaurant called Tsui Wah, see this video.

Well, we had plenty of time to kill. So we relaxed and checked out of the airport hotel only at 1pm.

After check in, I still had time to do some plane watching.

The FlyScoot plane actually was late! It only arrived close to 3pm.

Finally, we managed to get on the flight and we were on our way home. Here is the video of the flight back to Singapore.

Plenty of excitement, this holiday.
