Cost of stuff on Conquest

Hi, We are going on our first cruise and don't have any idea what things will cost on the ship. Can you give us an idea of what things like sodas, mixed drinks, t-shirts cost. Thanks!

Soda runs $1.50 a can or $2.50 for a 20oz bottle- you can get an unlimited drink card however if you are a heavy soda drinker. The card is in the $40.00 range. Mixed drink prices are comparable to land based prices $5-$7.00 and there will be a drink special everyday- you can usually get a bucket of beer for around ten-eleven bucks I think. Wine can also be purchased by the bottle and the prices are steep (like what you would pay in a restaurant) T-shirts are mostly around $20.00 but they'll usually go on sale toward the end of the cruise- at least certain styles will.

I know some folks on this board have posted links to the bar listing, which is fairly comprehensive. "Drink of the day" specials are usually $6.95 if you purchase the souvenier plastic cup, less if you get the drink in a regular cup. There will be shirts on sale during the week - both tees and polos. However, many styles - particularly ones with the ship's profile - are less likely to be on sale, since they don't need to sell out by the end of the cruise. They'll just sell them to the next cruisers.
