Could you book Allure a year in advance with just naming the first passenger and no the other 3? and add the names later to the reservation?

 

I want to take advantage of the BOGO sale.

Yes, but I would suggest adding fake names to the other 3 guests. That way you freeze the price for all 4 guests. As long as one guest on the original booking stays the same, you can change the others. This also ensures that you will have space in your muster station for your 4 guests.

Keep in mind that the price of 1st guest is inflated during the BOGOHO sale. If you are booking a group, the group rate may actually be better. Contact your TA to set one up and lock in the rates and you might also get free amenities from them.
