jtwanabe Posted April 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2015 Ship motion? Obstructive view? Noise due to it's location? Thanks, JT:)
dave_k58 Posted April 20, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2015 I have never had any problem with excessive motion in a forward cabin. Don't know about any possible obstructions on deck
Sheeba67 Posted April 21, 2015 #3 Share Posted April 21, 2015 Ship motion?Obstructive view? Noise due to it's location? Thanks, JT:) We were on the 6th floor of the Magic this past October and loved the location. We were mid ship, so probably a little less movement than you will experience, but we didn't notice that much motion on this ship regardless of where we were. The proximity to the Casino, Ocean Plaza, and Red Frog sold us. WE never experienced much noise from the promenade, and it looks like you are even before the hot tubs so should have no problems at all.
k2excursion Posted April 21, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 21, 2015 Those are above a skinnier part of the lanai, so the obstruction won't be as bad. There will be fewer people hanging around in that area as well, probably just people passing by. Forward cabins do feel more motion than midship, but if you don't typically have problems with motion, then it probably won't be a big deal.
