Glacier Point Wilderness or Chilkoot Wilderness

Anyone have experience with the Glacier Point Wilderness Safari and/or the Chilkoot Wilderness and Wildlife viewing? (Skagway) Both tours are 6.5 hours, both are in the same price range. We are active, very interested in seeing wild life as well as spectacular scenery. Can you tell me about either one? How long on a boat? How long on land? Quality of naturalists? Depth? Number of people on a tour? THANKS!
