Carnival Gift Cards / Sail & Sign Account

We purchased ten $100 Carnival Gift cards to use on our upcoming cruise. We got them through our Verizon account for $900. My question is, if we put all 10 cards ($1000) on our sail & sign account and then end up not using all $1000 will we be credited any funds or will we just forfeit the remaining balance? If so, we would probably need to load ~ $500 and then add in $100 increments as needed. Anyone had to deal with this issue before? Thanks in advance, Jack

Yes Carnival will send you a new gift card with the remainder on it. You have to be home to sign for the delivery which is a pain. So if you wish to avoid that, deposit them in chunks as needed. You can do it at the Kiosks and you do not have to wait in the GS line .

They sent me a check which I didn't have to sign for, or you can just cash out at guest services
