Transfering to a Travel Agent : Time Frame?

Hi guys!

 

I have done some poking around here and in the Carnival web site but could not find the answer.

 

I booked our next cruise directly with Carnival (by phone). If I wish to transfer the booking to my TA is there a time frame from the date of booking under which that must happen?

I asked Carnival this same question today. Except, I had booked my next cruise while on the ship and wanted to know how long I had to transfer. I was told 90 days.

 

It is 90 days as long as the cruise is not paid in full. If you have to pay in full at booking then you only have 24hrs after the booking is made to make the switch.
