I have done neither tour, but have read on this site several times that Hell and the Turtle Farm were boring. I know it doesn't mean much coming from someone who hasn't been, but just wanted to pass along some sort of information since no one has responded. You could do a search on Hell and see what others are saying about it I guess.

I did the Rays, Reef and Rum Point last week. I was amazing. It was a little piece of all the exciting things to do in Grand Cayman in small increments. We snorkeled for about 45 minutes, did the Rays for about an hour and then at Rum Point for 1.5 hours. The rest of the time was on the boat traveling to each area. It was so worth the price, $55/per person, and you get luch at Rum Point included. I have to say that Rum Point was an amazing place, not to be missed. I liked doing this because I've never been to Grand Cayman before so now I know if I ever go back, I'll choose to do what I enjoyed most from the first trip - that would be Rum Point.

We did the Rays, Reef and Rum Point tour in August and it was the highlight of our cruise. Stingray City was truly awesome, the snorkeling was good for novices as well as more advanced snorkelers, and Rum Point was beautiful and relaxing. The only part I didn't like was leaving!
