Valletta Water Front

There is said to be a lift (elevator) from the Valletta Water Front up to the town, anyone know where it is relative to where the cruise ships dock? Thank you.

We were in Valletta 2 weeks ago. The elevator is located at the Upper Barrakka Gardens. This was a short walk from where an MSC ship was berthed. However, we were on a land trip so did not use it. Lovely city, you will enjoy Valletta. Ken

When you exit the ship, turn right and walk a few blocks. The lift will be across the street on the left. You will see signs for it. I believe the cost is one Euro for the lift. Make sure you are up on deck as you sail into Valletta Harbor, the view is spectacular.
