What is the difference with a premium balcony?

It appears that they are a prized cabin. The balconies are much larger than a regular balcony. Half of it is covered and half is open with no cover. I am not sure if there are other differences. On some cruise lines (not sure about Princess), the Premium balcony has a sofa, but as I said I am not sure about on Princess. We had a Premium on a Carnival ship, and it had a small sofa in the cabin,

Thanks for the info. We have a premium balcony on our trip to Hawaii that is coming soon.
