Island Princess to Hawaii

We are currently holding 4 rooms for the October 21, 2004 sailing from LA to Hawaii and back to LA onboard the Island Princess. Was wondering if anyone has sailed this route and how it was and especially how the ship was! Please any info would be greatly appreciated. Especially if you have sailed from LA to Hawaii during late October before wether on Princess or not am curious as to how the seas were!

We are booked on this same sailing. No one has ever done this route on the Island because the Regal is doing the route this year. The Island takes over the route after her Alaska season nest Sept. The Island is less than a year old. To get and idea about the ship there are several reviews posted.

We're doing the same cruise as you but the next sailing on Nov. 5. We recently sailed on the Island Feb. 14, partial canal transit. This is one beautiful ship. You will not be disappointed.

Weather that time of year can be a little cool the first few days out of LA but should warm up nicely after that.
