Trouble printing online documents

Hi I went to www.celebrity.com to do the online check in. I have filled out all of our information, but can't figure out where to print our Xpress Pass. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong??

 

I am at the online check-in tab & at the bottom of the page next to

1 Personal & Travel Information it says complete & has a green check mark for both of us.

 

I called Celebrity last night -I may have to call them again tonight if I can't figure it out:)

Don't know if it will solve your problem but someone on these boards suggested I turn of my pop-up controls. i did and I could print right away. You might try that.

when you press to print also hold down the "ctrl" key that should allow the pop up as well.

Thanks for the information. I just got of of the phone with Celebrity & they told me that they aren't doing online check in for our cruise. Which is why my documents won't print. I am a little angry that I have been wasting my time trying to get registered & trying to get the documents to print.

 

In my cruise info it instructs us to register online, so it is a bit frustrating that they sent the wrong instructions.

 

But thanks anyways for trying to help.
