Explorer of the seas, cabin 1864

Recommended Posts

hi there,

Having read some reviews of cabin 1864 on other ships, I would really like to hear from anyone who has been in this cabin on the newly refurbed Explorer. I understand that there's very little storage space and I can live with that, but my main concern is - is there a lot of movement and what's the potential for seasickness? Only ever been on one cruise before and cabin was low deck and midship. This cabin is a lot larger, as there will be 3 of us, and I got a great deal on the cabin prices, so thought I'd give it a go. (I use Stugeron tablets for motion sickness and they have been great- would these be enough to counteract any motion in this cabin?)

Sorry for the ramble, just really need this holiday and I don't want to be worried about any of us being ill throughout it

Thanks very much. 😊
