Carnival Gyms

Are the gyms on Carnival ships 24/7 ? In everyone's experience when is it no so busy? Planning to go late at night sometimes...

Usually 6 am to 10 pm.

Less busy time? I couldn't venture a guess because I'm sure it varies by itinerary, but we like to go late afternoon and it is fairly quiet. Like when the early dinner crowd would be getting ready for dinner.

I don't think I've seen a 24 hr gym on a ship - I find earlier in the day (like 7, but honestly I'm NOT getting up that early on vacation to go to the gym!) or around 4pm to be pretty quiet - but that hour before dinner starts is pretty sweet!

I usually go to the gym first thing in the morning. What I really enjoy is walking on the track fit before dinner as the sun is setting. That's the life

People whose cabins are underneath the gym are happy it's not open 24/7.

6AM until 10PM fleet wide.

They are not open 24 hours but I don't recall the exact hours.

 

What I don't get is the larger they make the ships, the smaller they make the gyms. The one on the Breeze was tiny compared to Liberty and even the Imagination.
