Mabletown Posted May 22, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2015 I notice from another thread that there is afternoon tea on Braemar when you board. Do you have to pay for this separately please? Thanks
Mark_T Posted May 22, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 22, 2015 I notice from another thread that there is afternoon tea on Braemar when you board. Do you have to pay for this separately please? Thanks No. It is only the special 'white glove' style tea service that you have to book and pay for. Normal afternoon tea is served everyday at no charge. Normal afternoon tea is served everyday at no charge. We noticed on our last cruise that they have stopped serving afternoon tea to the passengers taking part in the activities in the Coral Club which I assume is just one more money saving cut back. tigernut Posted May 24, 2015 #6 Share Posted May 24, 2015 I notice from another thread that there is afternoon tea on Braemar when you board. Do you have to pay for this separately please? Thanks You should bear in mind that Fred does not offer lunch on embarkation day. Afternoon tea, comprising sandwiches, cakes and beverages, will be the first food available. If you are on late sitting for dinner, it is advisable to have lunch before arriving at the cruise terminal.
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Posted May 26, 2015 #7 Share Posted May 26, 2015 Good morning, Generally, we offer Afternoon Tea on Embarkation Days, as soon as lifeboat drill is completed. However, when we have late embarkation for cruises which depart in the evening, it will just be dinner service that is offered. We hope this helps with your queries. Warm regards, F.OCL
