Cigarette sales on the cruise

I was looking at some daily newsletters for a cruise that a friend had taken

 

In one of them, was a flyer to buy 2 cartons of cigarettes for about $20.

I was advised that the level of nicotine is higher in them....curious to know if this is tru.

Not true. You can buy 2 cartons for about $78. Princess will deliver them at the end of the cruise.
