3 day on Majesty

Question, Is there a Formal night, and how dressy is it really.....

 

When we did 7 nights last year, I wore my Tux...but really don't want to on this quick trip. How about a sport jacket?

 

Thoughts?

Hey there! I was just on the Majesty this pass May, and I think a sports jacket would be perfect with a nice pair of slacks.

We went in December and formal night was Saturday. Although, not very many people dressed up. I didn't notice any gowns or tuxes. I even saw one girl in jeans and a sparkly/sequins haltar top. What the other poster said would be fine. You can probably even get away with not wearing the sport coat.

We have sailed the Majesty twice , both times were the Mon-Fri trips , we have found that the formal nights are less formal than on the longer trips. We did sail a 3 nighter once on another ship and just like the other posters said a nice dinner jacket would be fine.

Have a wonderful cruise! We have a few more days til we sail but the bags are being packed now! The Majesty is a great ship!

We just came off the Majesty this past Monday....there is a formal nite - Saturday nite. I agree - a nice jacket and slacks would be fine. I don't recall seeing any tuxes....
