bay guy Posted May 28, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 28, 2015 I called RCI the other day to change our cabin category for an upcoming cruise. For some reason, the representative I spoke with didn't seem to be in a good mood and was somewhat curt when I questioned a couple of things she was saying about the price for my changes. Instead of arguing with her, I waited for the invoices to arrive by email, looked them over and realized a major mistake had been made and called back. The second rep I got, Amanda, was fantastic and listened to my concerns and started working to figure things out. The call saved us over $1200 and Amanda offered to help with shore excursions and other aspects of the cruise before we got off the phone, which the first rep didn't bother to do. Bottom line is if you don't think something sounds right, definitely question it.
