Delay in opening Harvest Caye Belize

There are only 8 excursions listed for Harvest Cay when you look on ncl.com. Does anyone have any idea if more will be added? I am still 200+ days out but having a hard time getting too excited about this port...

All but one of those excursions requires boat transportation to the mainland. It really lessens available time when you add the boat ride on top of land transport. Smaller window of time = fewer options.
