Puerto Costa Maya, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao accessibility of port areas

Traveling to Puerto Costa Maya, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao on a cruise with about 10 family members. One is a full time power wheelchair user. How much of the immediate port areas are accessible? That is, what all will the wheelchair user be able to see?

We have been on several cruises and some ports have better accessibility than others. We have found that some have plenty to do within walking/wheeling distance and some have little to do.

Any suggestions for these ports are appreciated.

We are also looking into hiring a lift van, but if there is enough to see near the port, then we won't necessarily have to do that.

Many thanks,

evc

Suggest you use the SEARCH function for this forum and insert the port.

Also suggest you contact either the Special Needs Dept. and or the Shore Excursion Dept. of the cruise line your traveling on and inquire as to if there are any Accessible Tours that provide wheelchair lift transports. Most such tours if offered by the cruise line are not published and the have to be priced out separately thus the reason you need to contact the cruise line directly.

Additionally here's some helpful links for 2 of the ports.
