Has anyone used cabin #11077 on Riviera??

Is there a problem with shade/overhang? Also, what about noise from

deck 12?

These are the facts, I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions:

This is what the overhang looks like in that area of the ship, although the photo is of identical sister ship Marina.

 

Penthouse 11077 is under the carpeted seating area of the Deck 12 Terrace Restaurant

 

We sailed with some very dear friends on the Maiden voyage of the Riviera, and I believe that they were in 11074, -just across the ship from 11077- and while they were not in love with the overhang for photographic reasons (it can block some scenery, see below), they also said that it was a quiet location.
