North Cape Excursions

My husband and I are on the North Cape and Summer Solstice cruise on the Caribbean Princess, leaving Southampton on the 12th June.

 

Can anyone who has done this cruise before recommend an excursion at Honningsvag? Also, is there much you can do independently?

 

Additionally, can anyone recommend an excursion for Tromso, Gravdal (Lofoten Islands), or Andalsnes?

In Honnisvag we are taking the local bus to North Cape and the north cape museum, its half the price of the ships excursions, leaves from the port and is exactly the same thing

I can't decide whether to do the Express bus journey or the North a Cape Tour from the bus company; price-wise there's little difference - anyone have any experience of the tour v shuttle?
