Birth Certificate

I am traveling to Barbados on the Carnival Liberty, I am traveling with a Birth Certificate which I have never had problems with. Will I be permitted to get off of the Ship in Barbados?

Many ports require a government-issued photo ID or driver's license to get back to the ship.

Another consideration is the fact that if you miss the ship in a port you will be unable to catch a flight to meet it in the next port unless you have a passport.

 

A birth certificate won’t work. :(
