Grand Suite Check-in

Can someone tell me if there is a special area for suite guests to wait before boarding after you have checked in?

Which port are you checking in at? In some ports there is a separate holding room for this purpose, but those can get very crowded. In other ports, there is a section in the main holding area. Do not entertain the idea that Carnival's priority boarding is plush. It is not. It is usually more like efficient crowd control. Have a great cruise.

expect it to be crowded but efficient getting you in and handing you keys. They will have light refreshments like cookes, coffee and lemonade. but as others have mentioned it depends on where you sail from. New Orleans will put you at the front of the room after checking-in in a different room other ports you wait in the same room they give you your keys.

my adivce is to research when your ship usually allows boarding, many are between the 11-12 hour...get to the port in that window and check in with priorty and get walked to the gangway. You may not be the first one on, but it will be effortless.
