Customer Service Question

I have a concern that I want to discuss with customer service. I sent an email via the Carnival website. Can anyone tell me an acceptable time to wait for a reply before moving onto other means of contacting someone? Also, I really want to contact customer service, it seems the only phone numbers I have go to a PVP. Is there a difference between PVP and Customer Service?

Many Thanks!

There is a forum on the Carnival website under the "PLAN" tab. There are sections for "Looking for Carnival Assistance" and "General Carnival Feedback." They have employees that respond quickly and will "go to bat" for you if you need it.

You can also email cclsupport@carnival.com if you haven't tried that one already.

Good luck getting your concern addressed!
