What ships or home ports have luggage express?

I have been reminded recently about the fact that Carnival offers Luggage Express. I might like to take advantage of it out of Long Beach in August, but not because of the new liquor distribution. I would use it to prevent us from having to lug around bags since our flight isn't until 4PM. We want to do some site seeing. What ports offer this service?

Thank you! I guess I can't use it. Long Beach isn't a port that has it and Southwest only has FLL.
