edbro Posted June 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2015 Three questions: 1. How much is it? When I search it, latest posts I found said it was $95 in 2010. So, how much now? 2. When is it? On a 7 day cruise, when is it held? 3. Would a 12 year old boy be interested or bored? Thanks!
Lerin Posted June 17, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 17, 2015 1. How much is it? When I search it, latest posts I found said it was $95 in 2010. So, how much now? We went about 2 years ago and that was still the price. There were 2 different prices depending on the size of ship you are on, though I don't recall what those were. In addition to the tour, you get light snacks/ coffee, lanyard, cap, photos with the captain, chocolate covered strawberries, backpack and something else that I don't recall. 2. When is it? On a 7 day cruise, when is it held? I believe ours was the last sea day. It went from about 8am-noon. 3. Would a 12 year old boy be interested or bored? There was a young boy of maybe 9 on ours and he was really into it. Asked a lot of good questions. Tell your son about it and see what he thinks. When I was 12 I would not have liked it but that is because I didn't care about the ins and outs of a ship, I wanted to hang with my friends by the pool. My brother on the other hand would've loved a tour such as this starting about the age of 7. Different personalities.

Book it the minute you board.

JimAOk1945 Posted June 17, 2015 #5 Share Posted June 17, 2015 (edited) We were on a Behind The Fun tour on the Conquest. It was very enjoyable! Ours was around $95 dollars each but that was a few years ago. I'm not sure what it would be now. Ours was on the last sea day. Yes, a 12 year old would definitely enjoy it.
