Look at the Player's Club tab. You must be invited to join. Speak to the host on board and ask them to rate your play.

It is in fact invite only. However, Club Royale is going through a revamp. They don't know about the changes, we can only guess what they could be ( only thing we really know is it's going to teirs ,what those are going to be, dunno). It was supposed to go in effect March of this year, but now it's next year...
