Divaoffashion Posted June 23, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 23, 2015 (edited) I'm leaving Friday 6/26 on Carnival Ecstasy. I want to take my children on a dolphin excursion in Nassau, Bahamas but I'm considering alternative ways other than booking directly with Carnival. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. janetz Posted June 24, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 24, 2015 (edited) I pulled these off the Bahama's board. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/search.php?searchid=73097779 You can also ask your question here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58 on the Bahama's board. :) Edited June 24, 2015 by janetz
SuiteTraveler Posted June 24, 2015 #3 Share Posted June 24, 2015 My suggestion would be you book this at Blue Lagoon, just a quick boat ride from near where the ship will dock and they give you a tour from the boat as you cross over to Blue Lagoon. They have the dolphin encounters in a sheltered area and also the beach is great for young kids as the water isn't that deep and they have water toys to play on. There is food and drinks, plenty of places to relax on the beach and in the shade. It's literally the perfect family beach day and quite inexpensive. No need to book through the ship: http://www.bahamasbluelagoon.com
